ScoreRally

Last Updated: January 4, 2026

At VESS Technology Services, we take your privacy seriously. We believe your sports data, player rosters, and match history belong to you. This Privacy Policy outlines how we handle your information.

1. Data Collection & Storage

ScoreRally by VESS Technology Services operates as an offline-first application. We do not collect, transmit, or store your personal data, match statistics, or player profiles on external servers.

  • Local Storage: All data entered into the app (including player names, match scores, equipment details, and notes) is stored strictly on your device’s internal memory.
  • No Account Required: You do not need to create an account or login to use ScoreRally. We do not have access to your identity.

2. User Input Data

You may voluntarily enter names (e.g., family members, opponents) and match details into the app. This information resides solely on your specific device. If you delete the ScoreRally app, this data is permanently removed from the device and cannot be recovered by us.

3. Device Permissions

To function correctly, ScoreRally may request access to specific device features:

  • Photos/Camera: Used only if you choose to upload a player profile photo or save a “Match Summary” image to your gallery. We do not see or upload these photos.

4. Third-Party Services

Since we do not maintain a backend server, we do not sell, trade, or transfer your data to outside parties.

Note: The Apple App Store or Google Play Store may collect anonymous usage data (e.g., crash reports or install statistics) governed by their respective privacy policies.

5. Children’s Privacy

ScoreRally is designed for families and coaches, including the tracking of junior players. However, because we do not collect data externally:

We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under the age of 13. All data regarding children (such as names in a roster) is entered by the parent or coach and remains locally on their device.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.
